40 players will be at the Canadiens Development camp

This year’s development camp will include 40 players. According to the canadiens website those players will include Max Pacioretty, David Fischer, P.K. Subban, Oliver Fortier and Yannick Weber…

Louis Leblanc will also attend, as well as the other 2009 draft picks.

I think it’s awesome that Alexander Avtsin and Joonas Nattinen will attend the camp.

I’m really looking forward to seeing them play and reading about how they do in camp.

David Fischer
is attending the camp. I’ve been wondering for a while if we’ll see him come up to play for the Bulldogs. Fischer is a bit of a question mark in my mind.

I haven’t found the full list of players, but I’d love to see some of Andrew Conboy and Maxim Trunev. Conboy is a big left winger and Trunev is a skilled right winger who Timmins thought could be one of the steals in the 2008 draft.

Also, can’t wait to see how P.K. Subban does in this year’s camp. I’d love to see him play in Montreal this year in stints… and more of Yannick Weber who is now no longer on the team’s prospect list… he’s on the roster page….

I gotta tell you, I’m really really really looking forward to seeing clips and reading about this development camp. And after the camp is done… we’re getting closer to the training camp… pre-season… and then I’m watching lot’s of hockey again for several months.
