		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m generally pretty optimistic... I&#039;m not quite sure to what extent the &quot;new&quot; team will gel together.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But, I&#039;ve heard some people saying how Gainey was always too cautious..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A couple of days ago, we saw a trigger happy guy... I kind of wish that Kovalev would have been resigned. But, I&#039;m about equally as happy that when Kovy&#039;s agent stalled a bit, Gainey didn&#039;t wait to long to sign someone who could potentially fill his spot...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I hope it works out too.. otherwise, things probably won&#039;t look the best for Mr Gainey.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I still believe in Gainey. I&#039;m really hoping these guys really gel together.]]></description>
