I love Carey Price (second only behind my beloved Koivu) so last season was particularly painful. This was compounded by the fact that the year before I was living in Nova Scotia and for the first time was able to watch the Habs play in prime time (spent most of my life on the West Coast) and was able to watch that magnificent second half in a city that had a lot of other Habs fans. Sometimes it's hard being a Habs fan in the land of Canucks, but I digress...

Since the 2008 playoffs the cheer "Oh Carey Price" has become one of the most versatile and can either be said with elation or utter frustration. I am hoping that he bounces back. It's nice to see a BC boy make good!

I'd say the defense can't be much worse then last year.

Shave the 31.7 goals against to about 28 and that would help for sure.
;-)

I also believe that Price will do much better this year. A new goalie coach will benefit him because Roloson just wasn't making any effective changes. He'll also have a lot less pressure and expectations.

To say the least, he can't do any worse than last year.
