I think Spacek will be fine. And on the PP with Markov and co.... should be pretty good.

I guess we'll see as the year gets going.

Hamrlik is costly, but if he plays a bit physical and defensively.... I don't think it's a huge problem.

I guess the problem is that when you're trying to lure a UFA to your team, you usually have to overpay. Some would argue especially in Montreal.

Hamrlik is costly, but he is a horse. 1500+ of reliable ES minutes a year isn't easy to come by.

As for Spacek, people always look too hard at offensive numbers. Seeing Spacek will man the cannon at The General's right side, he'll rack up a bunch of PP points and everybody will be talking about a resurrection or something by January. Just like Souray, Streit (who is pretty good all by himself) and Schneider before him.
