A bit early for that call in my opinion….

It can easily be looked at the other way too…

Why the heck is Gui busting his butt with 2 goals and 1 assist in 3 games with the Wild and he couldn’t in Montreal?

It was just time for a change. Both for the player and the team.

Hopefully, Pouilot will have a bit more success in Montreal. He obviously has a lot of talent.

Regardless.. I’m happy Gui is off to a quick start in his new surroundings… but there are alot of games left to play.

I’ll take a look at the trade at the end of the year…. to see how it looked.

I don’t really mind the trade either.

Good for both sides I think. Habs get a pick and Chipchura gets a chance somewhere else.

I think the emergence of Tom Pyatt was a big factor in this deal.

I like the trade….It’s time to get rid of the guys who haven’t produced…..Chips had been called up to Montreal several times in the past few years and hasn’t really shown that he’s a big leaguer…..This will make room for the return of the injured players …..I’m just curious if anyone else is on the trading block soon..?? Ryan White and Tom Pyatt are showing signs that they could stay up…..So who’s next to go. ??
