Markov’s serious injuries… I couldn’t offer him more then a shorter deal at less…. just for the risk of another serious (possible) career ending surgery.nnSince Wiz is just coming into the prime years of his career (on average), I’d offer him something quite similar for sure.nnBut I am glad I don’t have Gauthier’s job. Decisions carry quite a bit of weight!
