And I agree with you…. they do need more top 6 forwards. I’ve liked the addition of Cole, at first I don’t think he was used properly… now he’s getting some more time.

But they do need more up front.

I agree with you Yves. I really enjoy watching Plekanec play. He doesn’t take nights off and plays a lot bigger than he is. They need more top 6 forwards and help on the back line.

Having said that, I think they are getting a lot out of their line-up.

They certainly don’t have a star studded lineup. But having watched ALOT of games in the last several years, they do have some good hockey players. Plekanec is a great 2 way player.

My hope, in the last couple of years, has lied in the young guys coming up. Pacioretty looks great sometimes. (Sitting with the suspension now)

Of course, they’ve got one of the league’s best goaltenders…. which helps.

Not a bad team really… need consistency though!

When you look at the line-up it isn’t impressive, but then you watch a game like tonight and you think …. not a bad team!
